For 25 years Erik has worked in college football, beside Tim Tebow and Chris Tomlin, inside the Governor's office, and now at the head of Florida Family Voice. He speaks to churches, ministries, boards and conferences about what those rooms taught him: that God takes simple acts of obedience and does His work with them, and that once you have seen the vulnerable and the hurting up close, you will never unsee it.

Erik Dellenback is the Chief Executive Officer of Florida Family Voice and an ordained pastor at The Church of Eleven22. From 2019 to 2025 he served as Florida's first Governor's Liaison for Faith and Community, building a network of 2,000 faith institutions and 6,000 nonprofits that met needs in all 67 counties and helped reduce Florida's foster care population by more than 8,000 children. He was the founding president of the Tim Tebow Foundation, where he started Night to Shine, a prom for people with special needs now held in more than 800 churches in more than 30 countries on one night each year, and helped build the Tebow CURE Hospital in the Philippines. He was a founding board member and interim president of For Others, the foundation started by Chris Tomlin, and spent eleven years with the Gator Bowl Association, where he founded and directed the first three ACC Football Championships. He is the executive producer of the films Run the Race and He Calls Me Daughter, the founder of Mercy Seeds Consulting, and studied at the University of Florida, where he was a member of Florida Blue Key. He lives in St. Augustine, Florida.
